All the recipes published on my site are original, festive and gastronomic.
They are recipes of my own creation, the fruit of over 20 years of practical experience in cuisine both as chef and as head of my own culinary workshop "La Cuisine du 15".
I offer cuisine for entertaining rather than quick, simple everyday cooking. My aim is to demonstrate that with a minimum amount of willpower, time and materials, you are able to offer your guests truly gourmet meals.
Underneath each recipe I give guidelines as to what you may prepare beforehand, as it is all-important to avoid stress.
I am obliged to use professional vocabulary in my recipes. These terms will be in red and you will find their definitions in the gourmet glossary. I cannot emphasize enough how important it is to choose impeccably fresh raw materials of excellent quality.
